Moving from a club as big as Real Madrid, did not reduce Brahim Diaz’s ambition to look better with his new club, AC Milan. He also expressed great determination together with the Rossoneri this season.
In fact, Brahim Diaz only joined the Santiago Bernabeu during the 2009 summer transfer market. Unfortunately, the young Spanish striker rarely got the chance to appear.
The clarity of his future was also questioned, considering that the 21-year-old figure was not included in the manager’s plan, Zinedine Zidane.
In the end, Brahim Diaz then agreed to be loaned to Italian club AC Milan. Of course, the main objective is to get a chance to appear regularly.
Although it could be said that this move was a step backwards, he said he was happy with his transfer to San Siro.
“Right now I need continuity,” Brahim Diaz told Goal International.
In fact, Brahim Diaz feels that AC Milan is the best option to develop his performance on the field. The reason is, the former Manchester City player admits that he currently needs more playing minutes.
“At the moment I need playing minutes so I came to this club to play. Nothing has changed, and I want to show my game.”
“I feel like I am an important figure at AC Milan, and I will develop at this club.”
Apart from the desire to develop, Brahim Diaz expressed his great determination to be able to bring AC Milan back to its former glory. At least win the title in a prestigious event.
“Milan is a great club with a long history and a good project. The team is very healthy and there are great dynamics in this team.”
“We all want to make Milan win again and I am sure that can happen. There is a lot of hope in this team.” he said.
Meanwhile, Stefano Pioli’s troops themselves recorded a slick performance at the end of last season. Being at the start of this season, Donnarumma Dkk showed a good start.
They won three consecutive wins in the Italian Serie A and are now in 2nd place in the standings.
