Kleberson believes Manchester United can succeed with Solskjaer

Optimism about the return of Manchester United from a long ‘sleep’ continues to emerge from their former players. The latest is Kleberson, who is so sure of the future of the Red Devils under the direction of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The prestigious title is no longer a friend of Manchester United, the last time they won a proud trophy occurred in 2013. At that time, the club was still handled by the legendary coach Sir Alex Ferguson and became a Premier League champion.

Unfortunately after winning the title, Fergie decided to retire. Since that time there has been no more prestigious achievement achieved by Manchester United. The best achievement in the League took place in the 2017/18 season, at which time United finished as runner-up to the final standings.

Yet during that period, there were many top players bought by Manchester United. Coach changes have also been made several times, most recently there was a former club player, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who sat in the manager’s chair.

Under the command of the Norwegian manager, initially MU was still having trouble competing and being consistent. But slowly, their performance improved, even unbeaten in the last 11 games in a row in all competitions.

The club based at Old Trafford also looked impressive, they were able to win over Manchester City just before the Corona Virus pandemic brought the premiere league to a halt.

This improved performance made a number of club legends begin to look optimistically at the future of the Red Devils under the direction of Solskjaer. One of them is Kleberson who thinks United are now more confident in every match.

“When I saw him (Solskjaer) training at United, I was very happy for him. He has a good personality, is very positive, and confident, and he knows what he wants.” Kleberson said to Goal.

In addition to slick in concocting tactics, Solskjaer is also able to find talented young players and bring him to the Old Trafford. Therefore, Kleberson is very confident that the man from Norway can bring MU victorious again.

“They are looking for young players and that is a big change. I’m sure he can make United the top team again and win the Premier League,” he concluded.
