The continuation of the 2020 Formula 1 Jet Car Race season seems to be attended by spectators. The competition organizers opened the opportunity for the audience to be present at the Emilia Romagna Series next month.
For information, the Formula 1 GP Emilia Romagna this season is planned to take place at the Imola Circuit, Italy on November 1.
Well, as quoted by Crash, the return of the F1 event to the Imola Circuit will be accompanied by the presence of 13 thousand fans in person.
In other words, the race in the Emilia Romagna Series will be the second series in the 2020 Formula 1 calendar that can be witnessed directly by the audience.
Please note, before this the Formula 1 party had allowed the audience to attend the Russian Formula 1 GP Series last September.
At that time, the race which took place at the Sochi Circuit, on September 27, 2020, was attended by approximately 30 thousand spectators. Of course those present still adhere to health protocols such as wearing masks and checking body temperatures.
Meanwhile, at Imola, there will be 13 thousand spectators who come directly to the circuit every day during race week. This amount is actually not the maximum number of the Imola Circuit Tribune, but the number limited by the local Regional Government.
F1 racing at the Imola Circuit itself was held again after being stopped 14 years ago. The circuit itself was chosen after a number of series on the F1 2020 racing calendar could not be held due to the global outbreak of the corona virus.
Later, the audience at the Imola Circuit themselves must undergo strict health protocols from the organizers. Of course, this was done to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Interestingly, the decision of the Formula 1 organizers to bring spectators again to the Emilia Romagna Series will receive a very positive response.
Reportedly, until this news was published almost all the tickets had been sold out. However, it is not yet known whether the viewers who are allowed to attend will only come from the surrounding area, or whether viewers from other countries may join.
