Two unhappy players at Tottenham, one of them is Dele Alli

Totteham Hotspur coach Jose Mourinho revealed the fact that there are at least two players who are unhappy with their current situation at the club, including one of them is Dele Alli.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur itself has just played the last match of the Europa League Group stage with a 2-0 victory over Antwerp.

The victory actually made the North London club stay at the top of the standings with a one point advantage over its closest rival, Antwerp.

However, behind the victory there were two players who were at least in the spotlight, they included Harry Winks and Dele Alli. The first name was played from the first minute, but didn’t seem to be enjoying the match.

Meanwhile, Dele Alli himself from the start until the game ended, did not move from the bench.

Due to the player’s attitude, the Portuguese manager can only say that Harry Winks is indeed unhappy with his current condition at Tottenham Hotspur.

“Every player who leaves my field tells them to take a shower because of the cold weather. Some decide to leave and some decide to stay.”

“It’s an impossible job to make every player happy and if you go to every club, people who don’t play are definitely not happy,” Mourinho was quoted as saying by BBC Sport.

For information, Harry Winks himself was previously one of Tottenham’s mainstay players in the Pochettino Era, but indeed he started to be left out since Mourinho took over the coaching staff.

Meanwhile, Dele Alli is the same, but usually he is a regular starter in the Europa League, only this time he was not played from the start.

Mourinho also knew very well that Dele Alli would not be happy with the situation.

“Don’t run away from reality. A player on the bench who realizes all five substitutes have been used is of course not a happy player and I don’t expect him to be happy,” said Mourinho.

In fact, since last summer Dele Alli was rumored to be leaving Tottenham Hotspur, but he chose to stay.
