Won over Arsenal, Klopp still not satisfied

Liverpool managed to close this 2018 perfectly enough, where Jurgen Klopp’s landing squad won a landslide 5-1 victory over one of their rivals, Arsenal. Now Liverpool have become more solid at the top of the standings, and have not lost to date. Indeed the facts are proud, but Jurgen Klopp still not satisfied.

Playing at home in the match, actually Liverpool had left behind first by a goal scored by Ainsley in the 11th minute, fortunately Salah CS immediately gave the right reaction, scoring 5 goals in the remainder of the match, 3 of them through Roberto Firmino’s goal, 1 goal from Mohamed Salah, while another goal came from Sadio Mane’s feet. This victory complements Liverpool’s neat record in the first half of the season, as well as being a sweet closing year.

From the total 20 Premier League matches that have taken place, Liverpool are unbeaten, conceding just 8 goals and topping the standings with a 6-point lead over closest rivals, Tottenham Hotspur. Although a series of good notes is quite encouraging, but coach Jurgen Klopp apparently still not satisfied with his care team. The German manager believes that his players can still improve the quality of defense.

“I liked the show, because we have a lot of battles. You never know exactly what the reaction will be like when you lag behind, but this is really brilliant,”

“The second goal was incredible, and it started with a brilliant defense when Sadio [Mané] won the ball, for Bobby [Firmino] to cross the Arsenal defense. I also liked it when we won a penalty in the second half and Mo Salah gave Bobby the ball to score a hat-trick. That’s one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Not every day you beat Arsenal 5-1 but there are times in the game when we can play better, and of course there are times when we can survive better,” said Klopp, as quoted by The Guardian.
